INDEX
In the Travel and Templates section, you can customise the list of proposals to adapt it to the specific needs of your agency. This allows you to work in a more organised and efficient way, configuring the information you want to display and how you want to present it.
The table in this section has three main views:
My account: shows all the trips created by both you and the users of your account.
Created by me: lists only the proposals that you have personally generated.
Other accounts: includes proposals that you have been invited to from other accounts.
All trips created by you will automatically appear in the first two views.
Table configuration
The table comes configured with default columns, but you can modify them according to your preferences to work more efficiently. To adjust the table to your needs, click on the configuration icon (cogwheel). From this menu, you will be able to:
Hide columns: remove columns that are not relevant to you.
Sort columns: change their arrangement in the table.
Add custom fields: create new columns specific to your agency.
It is also possible to sort the information in the table by clicking on a column header. By doing so, the data will be sorted in ascending or descending order, depending on your needs.
How to Create Custom Fields
Custom fields are a powerful tool to further customise the table. For example, we will be able to add on each proposal an internal reference field to be able to identify it well, or if we do cycling routes, a field with the level of demand. Another field could be a marker field if it is necessary to differentiate the proposals from one or the other.
When adding a new field, you should give it a title and select the type of data that best fits. The available options are:
Text: ideal for adding descriptions or comments.
Number: perfect for identifying proposals with a unique code or reference number.
Selector: useful for categorising the type of trip, such as ‘holiday’ or ‘corporate’.
Multiple selector: to assign multiple categories or tags to a proposal.
In this example we see a custom ‘status’ field with the different phases a budget can go through. All these fields will then be available from the filters tab to apply as we see fit.
At the same time, we have them available in the trip view so that we can concentrate all the important information.
