The catalogues allow us to compose a grouping of trips so that we can offer our clients a series of destinations and detailed information about each one (duration, itinerary, activities, prices, etc.). Travellers can easily see the available options and prices, allowing them to choose the best trip according to their needs and budget.

This resource has the great advantage of generating a single URL so that all the options can be shared there, thus avoiding having to copy and paste each of the proposals individually. It can be used in many ways.

Create a catalogue of inspiring itineraries

This is very useful when a potential client is in doubt and asks us to quote several destinations. For example, the typical wedding couple that doesn't know whether to do a Japan, a Safari or go to Thailand. In this case, catalogues are an excellent sales tool, as we can create a personalised catalogue in 2 minutes with their names and add the templates we have loaded in the system about the destinations in question. It will not only help to make the decision but also surprise potential customers and therefore facilitate the sale.

Create a catalogue to sell per seat

In case you sell groups on a place-by-place basis, catalogues will be great for you because you will be able to group all the trips in the same link according to your interests, for example, to direct all your attention to the trips you have left with the last places.

Add a catalog on your website

Once you’ve created your catalog and it’s ready to share, you can also embed it directly on your website so your clients can browse it without leaving your site.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Share with client” button inside the catalog.

2. A window will open with different sharing options. Go to the third section, called “Code to embed in a website.”

  3. Copy the code shown there (it’s an HTML snippet).

  4. Paste this code into your website editor: whether you use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or any other platform, inside the block or widget that allows HTML insertion.

  5. Save your changes… and that’s it!

The catalog will now appear embedded on your website. Additionally, any changes you make to the catalog (prices, itineraries, photos, etc.) will automatically update on your site, without needing to copy and paste the code again.
