INDEX

The library is a great feature for recycling content. Many times, we need to have the information we use the most at hand and we are copying and pasting all day long. Now, with the Library you can save that work! You will be able to save any block or grouping of blocks to reuse it whenever you are interested.

The library is structured in four main sections to facilitate the management of your resources:

  1. General: all content that does not fall into the following categories is stored here.

  2. Services: details of accommodation, activities, transport, etc.

  3. Forms: customised form templates.

  4. Images: storage of photos used in your proposals.

Create / save in the INTERNAL LIBRARY

From any block in a proposal (itineraries, prices, forms, etc.), you have the option ‘Save’ available. Just click on the button and assign a descriptive name to find it easily later.

We recommend that you use a nomenclature when storing things to make it easier to find information. For example:

Captura de Pantalla 2025-01-06 a las 12.00.57

  • The type of information in square brackets: itinerary, hotels, extension, optional

  • The destination

  • The number of days if any

  • And then the description

For example, let's say we want to save an optional activity of a tea ceremony with geisha. We would save it like this: [optional]: japan - tea geishas

Import from the INTERNAL LIBRARY

When you need to reuse an itinerary block, form or any other saved content, follow these steps: access the library from the side menu and drag the content you want to import.

When imported, a copy is automatically created, so any modification will NOT affect the original content.

When importing an itinerary, the titles of each day are adapted according to the dates of the trip, which saves a lot of time. For example, if a trip has dates from 23 to 27 January and we import an itinerary with the dates shown, the days will be titled:

  • Day 1 - (Mon 23)

  • Day 2 - (Tue 24)

  • Etc.

If there are no dates for the trip, this option will be ignored.
