Payment links allow you to charge your travelers quickly and securely, without requiring them to log into the platform. Simply share the link, and they can complete the payment directly.
Save time in your daily operations, reduce errors, and offer your travelers a more professional payment experience.
Required setup
Before creating payment links, make sure you have an active payment gateway:
🌍 Global Payment Gateway (for international operations)
🇪🇸 Spain Payment Gateway (if you're operating within Spain)
If you haven’t set it up yet, refer to this article to activate the payment gateway.
How to use payment links
1. To create a payment link, go to the Sales section, Payment Links tab, and click the (+) Payment Link button.
2. Fill in the payment link information: description, amount, currency, and expiration date (optional).
3. Click the Save button. The link will automatically appear in your list of payment links.
4. Share it. By clicking the Link button, the link is copied to your clipboard so you can share it with the traveler. You can send it via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
Linking a payment to a booking
Besides creating payment links from the general Payment Links section, you can also generate them directly from an existing booking, saving time and ensuring the payment is properly associated with the traveler’s trip.
1. Access the trip and open the corresponding booking. Inside the booking details, click the Create Payment Link button.
2. A form will open with the following fields:
Description
The amount and currency are pre-filled from the trip information, but can be edited.
(Optional) Expiration date for the payment
(Optional) Assign a traveler
3. Click the Save button. The link will appear automatically within the booking. From there, you can copy and send it to the traveler.
Payment links overview
In the Sales > Payment Links tab, you’ll find a complete and centralized view of all payment links created in your account. This view is designed to help you clearly and quickly track the status of each payment, manage your operations, and easily access details.
To help you find specific links, you can use the search bar.
Each link is listed with key information: the payment description, amount and currency, current status (pending, paid, or expired), and creation date. If the link was generated from a booking, you'll also see a shortcut to that booking, making it easy to check which traveler and trip the payment is associated with.
Additionally, the platform automatically displays the fee charged by the payment gateway. For completed payments, you can access a detailed financial breakdown showing the total amount charged, the commission fee deducted by the gateway, and the net amount received by your agency.
You can also download the payment receipt as a PDF from this view. This receipt can be shared with the traveler or used for accounting and administrative purposes, depending on your agency's needs.
Traveler’s view
When you share a payment link with your client, they will see a clear, secure payment page adapted to the device they are using (mobile, tablet, or desktop).
If you're using Stripe as your gateway, the traveler will see a modern, intuitive page where they can enter their card details directly:
If you have the national gateway configured and want to offer bank transfer as a payment method, the traveler will see a different page with clear instructions for completing the transfer.
The payment screen will vary depending on the bank for online transfers:
If you have the national gateway set up and want to offer card payment, the process is similar:
Once the payment is completed, the traveler will immediately see a confirmation screen indicating that the transaction was successful.
At the same time, you as the agency will receive an email notification confirming that the payment was completed. On the platform, the status of the payment link will automatically update to “Paid,” and you will have access to the downloadable receipt, the transaction details, and if applicable, the related booking information.
