Managing travel information is often one of the most repetitive and delicate tasks for you. Every time a traveler has a question, loses a document, or needs a last-minute detail, you're the one who has to respond manually—resending itineraries, searching for reservations, forwarding documents, or explaining recent changes.

The Traveler Portal is designed to improve your communication with the traveler, giving them easy and direct access to all their trip information from anywhere and on any device, such as their mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

The traveler can access the portal directly from their browser, with no need to download an app from the App Store or Google Play.

ℹ️ A native iOS and Android app will also be available in the coming weeks for more advanced travelers who want offline access or native notifications.

Getting Started

Within each trip, you’ll now find a new tab called “Traveler Portal”, where you can configure and manage all the information the traveler will see.

🗺️ View the itinerary

The traveler can check the full trip itinerary at any time, with all the information structured exactly as you’ve defined it.

📄 Documents

You can easily upload and share any type of travel-related document, such as boarding passes, accommodation or activity bookings, personalized guides, travel insurance, or any other relevant file for the traveler.

You can upload PDFs, images, videos, documents—any format the traveler’s device can handle.

Sending documents
From the platform, you can send documents to:

  • All travelers

  • A specific traveler or selected group

If you check “send notification,” the traveler will receive an email with access to the document.

What does the traveler see?

From the portal, they’ll be able to view, download, or share the files at any time.

🔔 Notifications

The notifications section keeps the traveler updated on any changes or important information.

Types of Notifications

You can send two types of notifications:

  • Text: Simple messages
Example: “Reminder: departure is tomorrow at 7:30 AM.”

  • Location: Messages with location info
    Example: “Meeting point location”

From the platform, you can send notifications to:

  • All travelers

  • A specific traveler or selected group

What does the traveler see?
The traveler receives the notification by email with the content you sent, and can also check it at any time inside the portal, where they’ll see the full history of notifications related to their trip.
