  • How long will the previous version be available?

    The previous version of MOGU will remain available throughout 2025. Our commitment is to offer you both versions at no additional cost, so that you can adapt to the new version at your own pace. Keeping both versions active is an effort for us, but we believe it is the best way to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

    💡However, we recommend you to start using the new version as soon as possible, as it has many improvements and is where we will be developing new features.

  • Will the migration delete my content from the previous version?

    No, the migration will not delete any content from version 1. You will still be able to access the previous version as normal.

  • What role will my users have in the new version?

    By default, the account owner will be migrated with the Owner role, while the rest of the users will be assigned as Members in the new version.

    Once the migration is complete, you will be able to modify the roles according to your team's needs, ensuring that each user has the appropriate permissions for their role. Here's how to do it.

  • What happens to the visibility of trips in the migration?

    If a trip was public in the previous version, it will remain public after the migration. On the other hand, trips that were hidden will not be published automatically.

    In the new version, all the trips you create will initially be in edit mode and will only be visible to you. This is done to ensure the privacy of the content, so that no trip will be accessible until you decide to share it. Once you have completed the trip, you can share it with your organization and, when you consider it ready, publish it so that it is available to your customers.

  • Can I still use my domain in the new version?

    Yes, in the new version you can also configure your own domain.

    Your domain administrators will have to create a new CNAME record pointing to the new version server.

  • Will the migration be repeated periodically or is it a one-time process?

    The migration is a one-time process and will take place on X day. There will be no subsequent automatic migrations, so it is important to make sure that all the necessary information is correctly transferred.

  • Which content will be migrated and which will not?

    All trips, products and catalogs from the previous version will be automatically migrated to the new version. However, contacts, reservations and the bookstore will not be transferred. If you use the library a lot, please contact us at [email protected] to help you migrate it.

  • What payment gateways are available?

    Currently, the Stripe payment gateway is available to generate payment links easily and quickly.

    As an alternative to Redsys, in the coming months we will incorporate a new payment provider with more competitive fees: card payments with a 0.7% fee and transfers at 0.5%.

    Unlike Redsys, which requires a configuration process with the bank, installation and testing, this new provider will allow an immediate and smooth integration. In this way, we avoid installation barriers, facilitating a more accessible payment solution for all users.

  • Will the mobile app still work?

    In the new version, the mobile app will not be available. Instead, we have an alternative that offers the same functionality through the client's web portal.

    Users will be able to log in from any device with their username and password, and will have all their trip information available (documentation, itinerary, payment receipts and other files you wish to share with them). This solution enables a seamless user experience without forcing them to download an app on their mobile.
