Here are real examples of how you can configure the payment block to adapt it to different types of trips. This way you can quickly see how each type of structure behaves from the traveler’s perspective.

Single package

💡 Ideal for honeymoon trips, family vacations, or tailor-made journeys. Includes a base price with optional add-ons or accommodation upgrades.

Multiple packages

💡 Ideal for honeymoon trips, family vacations, or tailor-made journeys. Allows you to set multiple base prices plus extras, perfect for customized trips offering different accommodation levels or services.

Per-seat

💡 Ideal for group trips with limited availability. A single base price per seat with a maximum capacity, plus optional add-ons.

When seats are sold out, the system displays a “No seats available” message and does not allow the booking to proceed.

Per-seat with options

💡 Ideal for trips offering different room categories or packages.

Per-seat with room capacity control

💡 Ideal for trips with limited room availability. Options determine capacity, and there is no single base price.

Extras only

💡 Ideal for vacation rentals, wedding lists, or additional services. No base price, only extras are sold.

Bookings with price but no payment

💡 Ideal for dynamic service or custom package quotes. An initial quote is generated, and payment is activated once other services, such as flights, are confirmed.

You can turn off online payment from this tab:

Once the booking is received, you can finalize the rest of the services and update the pending payment link with the final amount:

Bookings without price and no payment

💡 Ideal for events or registrations where immediate payment is not required. Users can register without making a payment.
