How to start using it
You can create a proposal in different ways:
a) From scratch, by clicking on ‘new trip’.
b) From any of the templates you have created.
c) From the inspirational trips offered by default by the system, among which you can find a wide variety of themes: honeymoons, group trips, incentive trips, school trips, wellness trips, etc.
Block types
ESSENTIALS
Text: add descriptions, tips and key details. Note that all text blocks have integrated ChatGPT, so you can automate content generation.
Title: highlights important sections. If you wish, you can anchor this title to the menu with the word of your choice, as shown in the picture:
Itinerary: it breaks down each of the days of the trip. This block is very complete. Not only does it allow you to include services within each day, simply by dragging them, but it also allows you to
Summary of services: includes a summary of services included and not included.
Price: show in the proposal all the price options you offer: by hotel category, season, type of room, etc. You can decide if you want the price to be displayed at the top of the proposal.
File: attach any document (PDF, Word, etc.) that you want to appear in the travel proposal, such as the insurance policy included, the general terms and conditions. If, for example, you are selling school trips, the parental authorisation, etc.
Form: the agency can link to the proposal a form to request the traveller's information such as contact details, allergies, passports, etc. The answers can be displayed in real time on an Excel sheet.
SERVICES
Accommodation: we have a Google integration with which you can upload all kinds of content automatically. Simply insert the name of the hotel and all its information will be loaded in an instant: title, address, website, reviews. Everything is modular and you can decide whether to edit/delete it. Visual images of the hotel will also be uploaded and you can sort them according to your convenience.
Flight: in the case of flights you can also benefit from uploading information with a couple of clicks. Just enter the flight number and date and all the flight information will be displayed: departure and arrival time, origin/destination, airports and duration, airline, etc. For now you will need to upload the information flight by flight. We are working on the PNR to load all the information at once ;)
Activity: works exactly like the accommodation block. This is very convenient for loading tourist attractions. In the picture, we show how this block has been integrated into the itinerary block.
Food: idem, we can use it to upload restaurant information, for example.
Cruise: in this case, we will be able to upload content of the ship. Select the shipping company and ship and you will have the description and photos available.
Train: this block allows you to load the departure and arrival stations.
Transport: on the other hand, this block is more extensive and allows you to load the pick-up point and time and the arrival point and time.
Information: it can be used for any purpose.
MULTIMEDIA
Gallery: MOGU has integrated one of the best banks of royalty-free stock destination images. Thus, the agency will have unlimited multimedia content for the development of its proposals.
Video: The agency will be able to incorporate the URL of the videos it wants, from the description of a cruise to the promotional video of a destination, for example Disney. They help a lot in the sale!
Map: add to the proposals very visual and varied maps with the locations of the hotels, the points per day, representing the itinerary of a circuit, etc.
Practical information: provides essential information such as weather, transport, currency or plugs at the destination.
OTHERS
Box: highlight important information, such as ‘benefits of travelling with you’, instructions to keep in mind, a reminder about the need for a visa for a trip. You can customise the colour.
Page break: insert page breaks in the pdf so that the information is displayed as you want it to be when the user downloads the proposal. Normally, you would insert a page break block before each part: itinerary, hotels, price, etc.
Drop-down: create sections with information that the customer can expand or collapse. For example, to set up a FAQ, or to group hotels into categories, for example.
