Introduction
Themes allow you to change the visual appearance of the trip proposals your clients see. Each theme applies a different design to the public trip pages and checkout, while keeping the content you’ve created in the proposal builder unchanged.
MOGU currently offers four themes:
Classic – MOGU’s default design: clean, modern, and functional.
Elegant – A sophisticated style with serif typography, soft color palettes, and generous white space. Ideal for luxury travel, honeymoons, and exclusive experiences.
Bold – A vibrant and dynamic design featuring strong typography, bold colors, and full-width imagery. Perfect for adventure trips, group travel, and younger audiences.
Minimal – A clean and refined layout that puts the focus on your content, with careful typographic hierarchy. Ideal for boutique agencies and brands with a polished visual identity.
All themes respect your brand color, adapting it to their own visual style. For example, Elegant uses your brand color as a subtle accent, while Bold uses it as the primary color.
💁 Elegant, Bold, and Minimal themes are only available on Enterprise plans.

How to select a theme for your account
The default theme for all your proposals is configured at the account level:
Go to Settings → Appearance.
There, you’ll see the available themes with a preview of each one.
Click “Try” on a theme to see how it looks with one of your real trips.
If you like it, click “Use this theme for all proposals.”
The change is applied immediately to all trip proposals, unless you’ve selected a different theme for a specific trip. Existing links will continue to work: travelers will see the new theme the next time they open the proposal.
Using a different theme for a specific trip
If you want a specific trip to use a different theme from your account default, you can configure it from the trip editor:
Open the trip in the editor.
In the sidebar, go to Appearance → Theme.
Uncheck “Use account theme.”
Select the theme you want for that trip.
If you later want the trip to use your account theme again, simply re-enable “Use account theme.”
Previewing themes
Any MOGU user, regardless of their plan, can preview how Enterprise themes would look applied to their own trips. This allows you to see the real result before making a decision.
From the proposal builder
To preview a theme, click “Try” on the theme card under Appearance → Theme. You can switch between themes using the top navigation bar.
From the public trip view
Open the menu at the bottom of the screen and click on the theme you want to preview.
💡 Clients never see the theme selector: they will always see the proposal with the active theme set for the account or the specific trip.
Frequently asked questions
Which pages are affected by the theme?
Themes only affect the public pages your clients see:
The trip proposal, including the cover (if any)
The checkout page
They also affect the styling of the proposal PDF.
Can I change the theme at any time?
Yes. You can change the theme for your account or for a specific trip at any time. Changes are applied immediately, and existing links will display the updated theme.
What happens if I downgrade from Enterprise to Premium?
Your proposals will revert to the Classic theme (the default). Your theme selection is saved internally, so if you upgrade back to Enterprise, it will be restored automatically.
Can I use a different theme for each agent on my team?
No. Themes are configured at the account level. However, any agent can assign a different theme to a specific trip from the editor.
