With MOGU AI, you’ll spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on what really matters: designing memorable experiences for your clients.

This new assistant, integrated into the platform, helps you:

  • Create itineraries from a supplier’s document or from your idea in an image.

  • Instantly translate proposals into the language you need.

  • Enrich your content with automatically generated descriptions, recommendations, and practical tips.

This way, every proposal gains speed, professionalism, and personalization, while you regain working hours to dedicate to your clients.

1. Create your trips from a document

This feature automatically transforms a supplier’s document, whether in PDF or image format, into an editable proposal with your agency’s branding.

MOGU AI doesn’t just copy your supplier’s information, it enhances it by adding photos, comments, locations, maps, and more. It turns your idea into an online travel experience.

Once we generate your trip, you can always edit it to give it your personal touch. The idea is always: “We use artificial intelligence, and then we add the human touch.”

Upload the file

To get started, go to the trips panel on the platform and create a trip “From a document.” From there, you can upload the file provided by your supplier, for example, a program from CATAI, Icarion, or Travelplan. The system supports PDF and image files.

Once you’ve selected the file, the upload starts automatically. The process may take a few minutes depending on the document size, but you can continue working on other tasks within the platform during this time.

ℹ️ Once processing is complete, you’ll receive an email notification indicating that the proposal is ready for review.

Review the generated trip

After uploading, the system converts the document’s content into a structured trip, extracting all the main blocks from the original file: flights, accommodations, excursions, and any services described in the document. The trip is generated with your agency’s branding already configured in the platform, including logo and contact information.

From this proposal, the agency has full flexibility to edit the information. You can modify texts, remove sections you don’t want to display, add additional services, or include personalized notes. Prices and margins can also be adjusted.

Once reviewed and edited, the trip can be shared with the client via a public link.

2. Translate

MOGU AI allows you to translate your proposals into the language you need in seconds. This is ideal for sending itineraries to international clients without rewriting all the content.

How to use it

  1. Open the trip you want to translate.

  2. Select the “Translate trip” icon and choose the target language.

  3. The AI will generate a professional translation, keeping hotel names, activities, and services consistent.

💡 Example: if your proposal is in Spanish and you want to send it to a French client, MOGU AI will create a translated copy of the entire itinerary and all proposal texts automatically, maintaining the original formatting.


3. Add content to your proposals

With this feature, you can enrich your proposals effortlessly. MOGU AI can suggest additional texts, recommendations, descriptions, or practical advice for your clients.

How to use it

1. Open any text editor in your proposal.

2. Click the MOGU AI icon:

3. Type your request, for example: “Required vaccines for traveling to Tanzania.”

4. MOGU AI will automatically generate the content, which you can apply directly to your proposal. Once added, you can edit the text to match your style or the client’s specific needs.


Usage limits

Your account includes a number of monthly AI credits as part of your plan.

These credits are consumed each time you use an artificial intelligence feature in MOGU:

(*) To calculate this estimate, we use as a reference the credits consumed to generate a trip from a standard PDF like this one. The exact number of credits used per trip will vary depending on the complexity of the document.

To check your credits, go to Settings > Subscription, where you will also find a breakdown of usage by account user.

Buy additional credits

You can purchase extra credits at any time from Settings > Subscription:

💁 Purchased credits are added instantly and never expire. Monthly plan credits are used first, and once they are exhausted, purchased credits are consumed.

Automatic top-up

To avoid running out of credits, you can enable automatic top-ups. When activated, you can configure:

  • Threshold: a top-up will be triggered when your purchased credits fall below this amount.

  • Amount: number of credits that will be purchased in each top-up.

  • Monthly limit: maximum monthly spend on automatic top-ups, to avoid unexpected charges.

What happens when you run out of credits?

When your account runs out of credits (both plan and purchased), AI features are paused until they are renewed or you purchase more. You can continue using MOGU as usual, but AI options will appear disabled.

  • If you are the account owner: you can purchase more credits or upgrade your plan to increase your monthly limit.

  • If you are a team member: you will see a notification indicating that no credits remain and that your administrator has been informed.

Notifications

Account owners will receive an email notification when:

  • Less than 20% of available credits remain

  • Credits have been exhausted

  • Credits have been purchased

  • An automatic top-up is triggered

  • The monthly automatic top-up limit is reached
