Now we’re going to show you how to do all of this in 5 very simple steps.
1. Create a free account
You should have received an email with the invitation to view the trip. We send it from the address [email protected]. When you open it, you’ll see the logo and all the details from your provider. Just click on Create Account. If you already have one, just log in.
It’s a FREE account. It allows you to set up your logo and contact details so that every time a trip is shared with you, everything will be automatically customized to your brand.
Enter the email address where you received the invitation and a password. You will receive an email to verify it and then you will only have to enter the name of your agency and country.
2. Duplicate your trip
You're done! When you create an account you will already see your supplier's trip. Click on “duplicate” to create an editable copy.
3. Edit the content to your preference
From the trip editor you can modify anything you want, for example:
Trip title
Final price: edit the price and add your margin
Additional services: if needed, add the flights you have quoted outside, insurance, etc.
4. Add your logo and contact details
Your logo and contact details: The contact details that will appear in the proposal will be taken automatically from your account. 🔔 Pro tip: Activate the WhatsApp icon on your proposal.
5. Share the proposal with your client
When you finish customizing and reviewing all the details, click on share, enable the publish option and copy and paste the link to your potential customer: by email, whatsApp, wherever you want.
