Welcome to MOGU! 🌟
You’ve taken the first step toward transforming the way you create and manage your trips. This guide will accompany you through your first steps, so you can learn to use our tool in a suuuper simple way.
In the next few minutes, you’ll learn how to:
1. Set up your account
Before you start creating, it’s important to personalize your account details. From your profile, you can add your name, photo, and select your language, time zone, and date format.
You can also complete your agency information in the settings (such as address, phone number, or license number), which will automatically appear on all your proposals.
Finally, you’ll be able to customize the appearance of your trips with your logo, colors, fonts, and other visual elements, ensuring that each proposal reflects your brand identity.
⚙️ These general details will automatically appear on all your proposals. You can still edit them individually within each trip
2. Create a trip from a PDF
With this option, you can automatically transform a supplier’s program into an editable proposal with your branding. MOGU doesn’t just copy the content, it interprets the document, adds images, maps, comments, and structures the trip day by day.
All you need to do is upload a PDF or image (from tour operators like Catai, Icarion, Travelplan, etc.), and the AI will generate your itinerary, ready to review and customize. Once it’s generated, you can edit every detail to add that human touch that makes your agency unique.
💡 Upload your wholesaler’s PDF! The AI will handle transforming it into a complete itinerary, and then you can personalize it with your own style
3. Create a trip from scratch
Creating a trip from scratch allows you to design fully personalized proposals starting from a blank canvas. With the block builder, you can organize the itinerary, add text, prices, maps, images, and any services simply by dragging and arranging elements.
This mode is ideal when you want full control over every detail or when creating unique proposals for each client.
👉 You can rely on templates, inspiration trips, or your library so you don’t have to start entirely from scratch
