⚙️ Setup
The process is quick, completely online and is carried out from your own MOGU account.
Steps to follow:
1. Access your MOGU account and go to the Settings > Payments section
2. Click on "Connect" Stripe.
3. A form will open where you must complete some information about your business. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) and is mandatory to comply with international payment regulations.
💡 If you already have a Stripe account, you will be able to connect it. If not, one will be created automatically during the process.
4. Once the form is submitted, Stripe will review and approve your account (it usually takes only a few minutes).
ℹ️ If any data or document is missing, Stripe will notify you directly by email.
5. When your account is approved, you will be able to start creating payment links and charging your clients directly from MOGU.

Your travelers can pay in their local currency, and you will receive the amount automatically converted to your account's currency. For example, if you operate in Spain and a client pays from the U.S. in dollars, Stripe will convert the amount and you will receive it in euros.
Stripe works in over 40 countries and allows payments in more than 130 currencies. Ideal if you work with travelers from different markets. Payment in multiple currencies is allowed depending on the country from which you operate: in Spain, Mexico or the United States.

The fees applied to process payments are divided into two parts: the fee charged by Stripe according to the country and payment method + the fixed fee charged by MOGU according to your contracted plan.
ℹ️ The currency exchange fee is applied if the payment is made in a currency different from your account's currency.

Can my travelers pay in a currency different from mine?
Yes, your travelers can pay in any currency.
In what currency will I receive the money?
You will always receive the payment in the currency you have configured in your MOGU account, regardless of the currency the traveler uses to pay.
Do they accept American Express?
Yes, your clients can pay with American Express cards in addition to Visa and Mastercard.
How do I withdraw the money I receive?
The funds accumulate in your Stripe account. You can request free transfers to your regular bank account, which usually take between 3 and 5 days. If you need to speed up the transfer, Stripe offers the instant payout option.
Do MOGU fees change according to the contracted plan?
Yes, MOGU's fee depends on the plan you have. Free: 2%, Business: 0.8%, Premium: 0.5% and Enterprise: 0.4% (with the possibility of negotiating better conditions if you have high volumes).
What is the maximum amount I can charge with a payment link?
The maximum amount with which you can create a payment link is €15,000. Or its approximate equivalent in other currencies (15,000 USD or 300,000 MXN).
How am I charged the fee?
In each transaction, the MOGU and Stripe fee is deducted from the total amount. For each calendar month, MOGU issues you an invoice with the total fees. Additionally, Stripe will send you another invoice with the total fees.
❗If your account is in Mexico, in each transaction the Stripe amount is deducted. MOGU charges you the fees in the first 10 days of the following calendar month using your subscription's payment method.
