In this article we explain how to connect your WhatsApp to work with MOGU AI from your phone, and what you can ask it.
MOGU AI does the same things as in the platform: it creates and edits trips, prepares payment links and helps with your day-to-day work. The only thing that changes is how you ask: by text or with a voice note.
Connect your WhatsApp
1. Open your profile and go to AI Connectors.
2. Find the WhatsApp card and click Connect.
3. Enter your mobile number and click Save.
4. Save the MOGU AI number shown on the same card to your contacts.
5. Send it any message from your WhatsApp, for example "Hi".
Once the number is saved, the card shows it with the Connected label. You can change it from there with Edit.
What you can ask
The same things as in the platform. For example:
"Create a 5-day trip to Lisbon for a couple in November."
"Add a night in Sintra between day 3 and day 4."
"Send a €500 payment link to Marta García."
"How are sales going this month?"
You can type or send a voice note. If you send a voice note, MOGU AI starts its reply with what it understood, in quotes, so you can check it got it right. If something isn't what you said, correct it in your next message.

You can also send it files: PDF, Word, Excel, images and text files. Add a message to the file to tell it what you want done with it.
When MOGU AI creates or changes a trip, it sends you the link so you can open it on your phone and review it. For bigger edits, use your computer or ask MOGU AI.
💁 The AI proposes, but you are in control. For delicate actions, like deleting a trip, MOGU AI asks you to confirm by typing it before doing anything.
Start a new conversation
Type /new (or /reset) and MOGU AI starts from scratch. The previous conversation isn't deleted: you can still see it in MOGU AI inside the platform.
Everything in the same conversation
What you ask on WhatsApp also shows up in MOGU AI inside the platform, so you can start on your phone and continue on your computer.
AI credits
Using MOGU AI from WhatsApp uses AI credits just like the platform, there's no separate usage. So you can try it without worrying, when you connect your WhatsApp you get 25% more AI credits, one time only. You'll see them added to your credits in your subscription.
If you run out of credits, MOGU AI tells you on WhatsApp. They renew every month.
Disconnect your WhatsApp
In AI Connectors, on the WhatsApp card, click Disconnect and confirm with Disconnect WhatsApp. Your conversations stay in MOGU AI and you can connect again whenever you want.
