What is the price calculator?
As you create your travel proposal, you will be able to add your services to the quotation tool to add up the final price. This way, you will save working with parallel excels and avoid duplicating processes.
You will also be able to filter very easily by type of service and day, so you will have a clear view of which suppliers you will have to book with.
How to use it?
1- First you will have to click on create trip and add the different services and check the option to add them to the quotation.

2- When you have finished you can go to the quote view and add all the corresponding rates. Note that by default everything is marked as “cost included” but if you want you can unmark it so that it is not added.
ℹ️ In the future, there will be the possibility to set the price also within the same service block in order to save it in the library (Feature under development).
3. Finally, when all the lines are complete, you can add your margin.
What plans is it available for?
The trip plan is available to all Premium and Enterprise plan users.
