MOGU allows you to centralize all communication with your clients from the platform itself. There are two types of notifications:

  • Automatic notifications generated by the system when an event occurs, such as a payment on a payment link.

  • Notifications manually generated by the agent from the interface — for example, to remind the customer of an overdue payment.

Automatic Notifications

Below is a list of all notifications generated by the system, detailing who receives them and when they are generated:

Notification

Who receives it

When it’s generated

Reservation Confirmation

Agent, Buyer, Travelers

When a reservation is completed through checkout or when a new traveler is added to a trip from either the backoffice or the Traveler Portal.

Payment Confirmation

Agent, Buyer

When a payment installment is automatically received or manually marked as paid (in this case, only the buyer receives it)

Payment Reminder

Buyer

5, 3, and 1 day before an installment due date on installment payment trips (it won't be sent for automatic charges).

Overdue Payment Notification

Buyer, Agent

The day after an installment is due on trips with non-automatic card payments or external payments.

Failed Payment Notification

Buyer, Agent

If an attempt to automatically charge an installment fails.

Refund Notification

Buyer

When a payment is refunded.

Reservation Cancellation Confirmation

Buyer, Travelers

When a reservation is canceled by the agent.

Manual Notifications

In addition to the automatic notifications generated by the system, you can send manual reminders to the buyer from the actions menu of a payment link.

These reminders are available when the payment link is in any of the following states: Scheduled, Overdue, Failed.
