What MOGU AI instructions are
This is the text where you tell MOGU AI what your agency is like. You write it once and it applies to every conversation. No repeating yourself. No starting from scratch each time.
Think of it like onboarding someone new to your team: on day one you explain what the agency does, which destinations you work with and how you treat your clients. Once they know, you don't have to explain it again.
Write your instructions in Settings > MOGU AI, click Save and you're done.
What it's for
The better MOGU AI knows your agency, the more useful its answers will be. Some common uses:
Introduce your agency. What you do, what you specialize in, what makes you different.
Set the tone. Formal or casual? Warm or businesslike? MOGU AI will always write that way.
Define your specialty. Destinations, trip types, audience. Stops it from suggesting things that don't fit.
State what should always be included. Coverage, terms, cancellation policy.
Set limits. What it shouldn't promise. What must never be missing from a proposal.

If you have several things to cover, it helps to organize them into sections and lists:
Start a line with "##" to create a section. For example: "## Tone of voice".

How much can I write?
2000 characters. Short and specific always works best, though.
