Mogu is primarily designed to create tailor-made travel proposals in response to specific customer requests. However, its capabilities go far beyond that. You can also use it to build inspirational itineraries and publish them directly on your website, allowing potential customers to explore them and request more information.
It is also especially useful if you work with group departures, want to showcase multiple scheduled departures on your website, or build a travel catalog with different dates, filters, or themes.
Everything you create in Mogu can be easily embedded into your website, enabling you to maintain a polished, structured, and highly visual presentation without being constrained by technical limitations. This is particularly valuable when:
When you depend on a developer to make changes to your website.
When your content management system (such as WordPress) does not allow you to customize the design or structure as much as you would like.
When you need to display complex itineraries in a visual and professional way without dealing with custom development.
How do you do it?
The integration process is simple and done using an iframe or HTML embed code. To embed a trip, follow these steps:
Open the Mogu proposal and click the share with client button. There you will find a section that says “Embed on website." Click on copy code.
Open your website editor and go to the edit section. Most website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace work with block systems and will have a block called shortcode, iframe, or HTML code. Drag it into place and paste the code you copied from Mogu.
And that’s it. This way, the content will be displayed directly on your website, maintaining the design and structure you created in Mogu, without needing any additional development. If what you are integrating is a catalog, we also explain how to add custom filters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Instead of publishing trips one by one, can I publish a catalog?
Instead of publishing trips one by one, can I publish a catalog?
Yes, you can also embed a complete travel catalog on your website instead of adding trips individually. This feature is available directly from the share button inside your Mogu catalog. As with individual trips, you can copy the embed code (iframe or HTML) and easily integrate it into your website.
The main advantage of this approach is that:
You only need to manage your trips within Mogu.
Any changes (adding, editing, or removing trips) are automatically updated on your website.
This allows you to maintain a much more dynamic “Trips” section without having to publish content one by one. In addition, you can make your catalog even more powerful and easier to navigate by adding filters based on:
Duration
Dates
Destinations
Or even custom filters
Does the content update automatically?
Does the content update automatically?
Yes. When you embed a Mogu trip on your website, you are essentially displaying external content within your page (via an iframe or HTML embed code).
This means that any changes you make in Mogu—such as:
Updating the itinerary
Changing prices
Editing text or images
It will automatically be reflected on your website without any additional action required.
With a single edit in Mogu, the content is updated everywhere it has been embedded.
I already have the trip presented on my website, but I want to integrate the booking cart
I already have the trip presented on my website, but I want to integrate the booking cart
In many cases, to maintain visual consistency with your brand, the trip is already fully developed within your own website. However, it is common for tools like WordPress or other CMS platforms not to include advanced online booking or cart functionality. In this situation, there is no need to rebuild the entire trip in Mogu. Instead, we recommend:
Keeping the trip presentation on your website exactly as it is.
Adding a book now button within that page.
Linking that button to the Mogu proposal that contains the booking cart.
This way, you combine the best of both worlds:
your existing website design + Mogu’s booking functionality, without duplicating work or compromising visual consistency.
I don’t have a website yet. Can I do this with you?
I don’t have a website yet. Can I do this with you?
At the moment, Mogu is not designed to build complete websites from scratch.
However, we do make it very easy to set up a simple website without technical complexity. You can use platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace and start from a basic template.
The idea would be:
Create a simple website (it does not need to be a travel agency–specific site).
Include basic information such as:
Who you are
Contact details
A visual homepage
From there:
Add a “Trips” section in the navigation menu.
Embed the content generated in Mogu within that section (itineraries, catalogs, etc.).
This way, you manage all your content creation in Mogu, while your website acts as a visual storefront, built on an affordable and easy-to-manage template—without relying on developers for every update.
Does web integration affect my SEO?
Does web integration affect my SEO?
It depends on your current situation:
If your website already has strong SEO and receives organic traffic:
The best approach is to keep the itinerary content natively written on your website, as this helps preserve and strengthen your search rankings.
In this case, we do not recommend embedding the entire trip only via iframe if SEO is a key objective.
However, you can combine both approaches:
Keep the content on your website
Add a “Book now” button that links to the Mogu booking cart
If your website has little traffic or SEO is not well developed:
In this case, it is much more efficient to prioritize agility.
We recommend creating the trip directly in Mogu and embedding it on your website, saving time and operational effort.
In summary:
Strong SEO → native content on your website + selective use of Mogu (e.g. booking flow)
Weak SEO → direct Mogu integration for faster setup and simplicity
