Once your trip has been generated, you can always edit it to add your personal touch. The idea is simple: "we use artificial intelligence and add the human touch."
Upload the file
To get started, go to the Trips panel in the platform and create a trip “From a document.” From there, you can upload the file provided by your supplier—for example, a program from CATAI, Icarion, or Travelplan. The system supports both PDFs and images.
Once the file is selected, the upload will start automatically. The process may take a few minutes depending on the size of the document, but you can continue working on other tasks within the platform during that time.
ℹ️ Once processing is complete, you will receive an email notification letting you know that the proposal is ready for review.
Review the generated trip
Once the upload is complete, the system converts the document into a structured trip, extracting all key blocks from the original file: flights, accommodations, excursions, and any other services described in the document.
The trip is generated with your agency’s branding already configured in the platform, including your logo and contact details.
From this proposal, you have full flexibility to edit the information. You can modify text, remove sections you don’t want to show, add additional services, or include custom notes. You can also adjust prices and add margins.
Once reviewed and edited, the trip can be shared with the client via a public link.
